No, we don’t offer any version of our services for free. All of our services are custom, and they require a lot of human effort to activate and manage. However, we do offer free DEMOs so you can make sure we are a good fit for your needs.

They reach us the same way our car buyer leads do, through our own landing pages and ad campaigns, and they opt in to be contacted before anything is passed to you. Some of them will also look at trading into something else once you have them on the phone, but the point of the program is buying their car. Once the request lands in your account, you take it from there.

No, we do not send the same lead to multiple dealers. Every account gets its own feeds, and every time a lead is generated, the customer will receive your contact details informing them to whom we sent their request.

We work with individual salespeople and entire dealer groups. So you can sign up yourself for an individual 1 user account or sign up an entire dealership with multiple users. We deliver exactly the same level of service and technology regardless if you sign up as a business or an individual.

You can sign up on our website at /sales-leads/new_account 24/7; no need to call or email. After we receive your application and invoice payment, it can take us 72+ hours to activate your account. Once your account is activated, one of our account managers will contact you with your login information and schedule a live training call so we can show you around the software.

Yes, you can make changes or update any aspect of your account once you get your login. You have full control to update your service plan, website, templates, files, and all other CRM settings on your own without a need to contact us. However, if you ever need help, your dedicated account manager will be just a phone call away.
