How to Export a SecureWebX Report to PDF

Application volume, lender decisions, salesperson performance and a compliance snapshot, each one a click from a PDF you can put on the desk at the Monday meeting. Here is how to run one and export it.

On the SecureWebX dashboard, find the Reports card above the pipeline. Choose a report from the Report list, set the From and To dates, and click Generate. The report is saved in the log under the card; click its PDF button, or open it and click Download PDF, and the file matches exactly what you saw on screen.

Step by Step

  1. Open SecureWebX

Click the SecureWebX button on the dock in LeadLocate CRM. The console opens on the dashboard with the login you already use.

  2. Find the Reports card

The Reports card sits directly above the pipeline on the dashboard, under the line that promises exactly what it does: track performance and ROI across your dealership.

  3. Choose the report

Open the Report list. Reports are grouped by area, from applications and pipeline to lenders, compliance and an executive summary, and hovering an entry shows what it measures.

  4. Set the date range

Set From and To. The card opens on the last thirty days ending today, which suits a monthly review; change it to a week for a sales meeting or a quarter for a lender review.

  5. Generate it

Click Generate. SecureWebX builds the report from your live records and adds it to the log beneath the card, with the date range, who ran it and when.

  6. Read it on screen

Click the row in the log. The report opens in a window over the dashboard, so you can check the headline numbers before anything goes on paper.

  7. Export the PDF

Click the PDF button on the row in the log, or Download PDF at the top of the open report. The PDF is drawn by the same renderer as the screen view, so the file your managers read is the report you just checked.

What do you need before you start?

You need a SecureWebX user with a manager or administrator role. The Reports card is built for the people who run the store's numbers, so it shows for admins and managers on the dashboard; how to manage SecureWebX users covers setting a role. SecureWebX opens from the dock in LeadLocate CRM with single sign on, so nobody keeps a separate password for reporting.

Decide the question before you pick the report. A general manager asking why approvals slipped wants a different report from a finance director preparing for a lender meeting, and choosing the right one first saves running four.

Which SecureWebX reports can you export?

Every report in the list exports the same way. The areas and a few of the reports in each:

AreaReportsWhat it answers
ApplicationsApplication Volume & Trends, Product Mix & Approval, OFAC Screening, Applicant GeographyHow many applications came in, for what, and from where
PipelinePipeline Funnel & Conversion, Stage Velocity, Open Pipeline AgingWhere deals move fast and where they sit
Leads and attributionLead Abandonment, Salesperson Performance, Apply Link PerformanceWhich people and which apply links bring in funded deals
LendersLender Submission Activity, Lender Decisions, Document ExchangeWho received files, how fast they opened them, and how they decided
Compliance and activityCompliance Snapshot, Team Activity & Audit, Sign-in ActivityThe record an auditor or owner asks for
ExecutiveExecutive ROI SummaryThe headline numbers for the whole finance operation in one view

Vehicle, partner and communication reports sit in the same list. Lead Abandonment is the one sales managers ask for most: it shows applications that were started and never submitted and where the applicant stopped, which pairs with the abandoned application feed that sends those shoppers back to the CRM for follow up.

What should you see after you export?

The log under the Reports card lists every report the store has run: the report name with its headline, the date range, By with the person who ran it, and Generated with when. Each row carries its own PDF button, so last month's lender review is a click away without running it again.

The PDF itself opens with the report title and range and carries the same tables and figures as the screen. Attach it to a Mailbox message for a lender or partner, drop it in the deal meeting packet, or keep it with the store's compliance file.

Quick checks

Match the window to the question. A thin report usually means a short range; widen From to cover a full month or quarter and generate again.

Compare like with like. When you put two months side by side, run both over the same number of days so the comparison is fair.

Run a fresh report for fresh numbers. Each row in the log is a snapshot of the range it covered, which makes it a reliable record. Generate a new one when you want today's figures.

Look for the card on the dashboard. The Reports card sits above the pipeline for managers and admins; a user who needs it gets a manager role from an administrator.

Related tasks

The CRM has its own Reports on the dock for lead, activity and management reporting; how to read your reports walks through those. To send application data to a lender or DMS in the format it expects, see how to export applications, and to send a finished PDF to a lender, email it from the SecureWebX Mailbox. Frequently Asked Questions

Who can export SecureWebX reports?

Managers and administrators. The Reports card appears on their dashboard above the pipeline, and an administrator can give any user a manager role in SecureWebX user settings.

Does the PDF match what I see on screen?

Yes. The screen view and the PDF come from the same renderer, so the tables and figures in the file are the ones you checked before you downloaded it.

Can I download a report I ran last month?

Yes. Every report the store generates stays in the log under the Reports card with its date range, who ran it and when, and each row has its own PDF button.

Which report shows how lenders are deciding?

Lender Decisions shows the approve, decline and information request mix and the approval rate by lender. Lender Submission Activity shows who received applications and how quickly they opened them.
