The LeadLocate Platform: Leads, CRM, Credit Apps, Inventory

Four products, one subscription, one login. Every product below has its own page that says exactly what it does.

LeadLocate is an automotive sales platform for dealerships, auto brokers and salespeople. One subscription includes local buyer and seller leads, LeadLocate CRM for texting, calling, email and automation, SecureWebX for secure credit applications, Inventory Link for inventory merchandising and DealTracker for desking and customer deal pages. Month to month, no long term contract.

What the platform is

Most dealerships meet LeadLocate through the leads. A store signs up for local shoppers in its zone, the leads arrive, and somewhere in the first week a salesperson notices that the software receiving those leads also records calls, sends credit applications by text and desks a lease with a fifty state tax matrix. That is the platform. The CRM is the vessel every lead lands in, and the other three products are built into it rather than bolted on.

Each product runs as its own application with its own address and its own app in the stores, and they share one login. A user launches SecureWebX or Inventory Link from the CRM dock without a second password. Tracking phone numbers bought in the CRM show up in SecureWebX. A worksheet desked in the CRM can be pushed to the credit application. A vehicle in Inventory Link can be dropped into any text message from the composer. The pages linked below describe each product on its own terms, and the feature directory goes one level deeper.

How the four products fit together at a store

A lead comes in from a campaign, a website form or the dealership's own tracking number. The CRM assigns it by round robin, fires the automated template for that source and puts it in front of the right person on the desktop or in the mobile app. The salesperson texts back from the same screen, sends an apply link from SecureWebX when the customer asks about financing, and starts a deal in DealTracker the moment there is a unit and a number. The customer sees a branded deal page, signs on their phone, and chats with the salesperson on the deal thread. Inventory Link keeps the store's units advertised on brand pages and in the vehicle finder the whole time, feed or no feed.

None of that requires a DMS integration or an inventory feed to begin. That is why an auto broker with no lot, a single salesperson and a franchise store with three rooftops all run the same platform. The store keeps whatever DMS it already has; LeadLocate sits beside it. What differs between plans is only who the store wants to talk to, buyers, sellers or both, which the pricing page lays out.

What keeps working when we are down

Every vendor should answer this and almost none do. If LeadLocate were unreachable for two hours, the store still sells cars. Calls to the store's own lines still ring at the store. Contracts are still written in the DMS and the F&I office still funds deals. What pauses is the queue: new leads wait, automated follow up runs when service returns, and a deal page a customer opens during that window loads when we are back. We designed the platform so that a sales pause is the worst case and a store stopping is never on the table, and the Help Center explains how to work each part of the platform when everything is running normally, which is nearly always.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is LeadLocate one product or several?

One subscription, four products that share a login: LeadLocate CRM, SecureWebX, Inventory Link and DealTracker. Each has its own page above and its own app in the app stores where one exists.

Do I need a DMS integration or an inventory feed to start?

No. A feed and DMS access are not required. Inventory Link can import a store's units from its own website, and the CRM works with whatever DMS the store keeps.

Which plan includes which product?

Every plan includes the whole platform. Plans differ by who the store wants leads from, buyers, sellers or both, and CRM Only is the platform without leads. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Is LeadLocate a DMS?

No. Accounting, payroll, parts, repair orders and title work stay in the store's DMS. LeadLocate handles leads, communication, credit applications, inventory merchandising and desking, and sits beside the DMS.

Where do I learn how to use a specific feature?

The Help Center has a step by step page for every task, and the feature directory has a page for every capability with the real menu names.
