Platform Features

Every LeadLocate Feature, Explained

One page per capability, written with the real menu names, so you can check what the platform does before you ever book a demo.

This directory lists every named feature of the LeadLocate platform, grouped by the product it lives in. Each entry opens a page that explains what the feature does, how a dealership uses it on a normal day, where it sits in the menus, what it replaces and how to turn it on. If a capability is not on this page, ask us; anything not listed is available on request.

How to read this directory

Dealership software is usually sold as a list of nouns on a brochure. This page is the opposite: every noun below is a link to a page that says, in plain prose, what the thing does when a salesperson clicks it. The groups follow the products. LeadLocate CRM holds the lead handling, texting, email, phone, automation and team tools. SecureWebX holds the credit application features. Inventory Link holds the inventory and merchandising features. DealTracker holds desking and the customer deal pages.

Every feature page names the counterpart page from the older part of the site where one exists, so a reader who arrived from a search for a category, say call recording software, can move to the product view and back. The Help Center is the third layer: step by step instructions for each task, with the exact labels you will see on screen.

Two products sit across the groups rather than inside one: Jax, the bilingual AI assistant that drafts and answers inside the CRM, and the webXintel Ads Network, the managed advertising path planned in Leads Manager. Both have their own product pages.

What is not on this page, and why

Two things are deliberately absent. First, only what runs on a live account today. The platform ships changes continuously, and a feature appears here the day it is real, not the day it is planned. Second, anything that would make LeadLocate a dealer management system. There is no accounting, payroll, parts or repair order module and there never will be; the store keeps its DMS, and the CRM works beside it. If you are comparing vendors, the platform overview explains how the four products fit together, and the pricing page shows that every plan includes all of them.

What you will find in each group

The CRM group is the largest because most of the day happens there: the lead inbox and the rules that route into it, the texting inbox with pictures and delivery status, RCS with SMS fallback, bulk texting and texting chatbots, the email inbox and drips, the phone and email validators, the softphone, call recording and transcription, call forwarding and the virtual receptionist, the IVR builder, tracking numbers, voicemail drop, Automated Templates and Follow Up Processes, the calendar with booking links and Google Calendar sync, and the team tools such as Team Chat, Design Studio, My Office, the file library, reports and user roles.

The desking group covers what happens once there is a unit and a number: EZ Desking worksheets, customer deal pages with e-signature, deal chat, PencilRecap sheets, print packets with envelopes and postage, the deal jacket with QR intake, the road to sale checklist, trade capture with VIN scan and the driver license scanner. The SecureWebX group covers apply links, the application form, the inbox and pipeline, Send to Lender, stipulations, adverse action notices, disclosures, OFAC screening, worksheets, eFax, security and export formats. The Inventory Link group covers feeds, importing from your website, the site builder, the widget, the vehicle finder, incentives, brand pages, stock photos, VIN decode and auto broker mode.

How a feature page is written

Every feature page follows the same order so a manager can skim it in a minute. What it does, in a sentence a person could quote. How a dealership uses it on a normal day, told as a short scene rather than a list. Where it lives, with the menu or dock label. What it replaces, because most stores are paying a separate vendor for at least one of these today. The compliance angle, because texting, calling, credit and consent each carry rules, and the feature is built around them. How to turn it on, and what to pair it with. The questions at the end are the ones dealers ask on demo calls, answered the same way we answer them there. If a page leaves you with a question, the contact page reaches a person who can answer it on a live account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does every plan include every feature?

Yes. Plans differ by who the store wants leads from, not by features. CRM Only is the same platform without leads.

How do I know a feature is real and not a roadmap item?

A feature gets a page here only when it is live on production accounts. The page names the menu or dock item where it lives.

Where are the step by step instructions?

In the Help Center. Each feature page links to the tasks that use it.

What if the feature I need is missing?

Ask. Anything not listed is available on request and our team puts it in production for your dealership.
