Brand Offer Pages and Your Dealer Page

A page for every make you sell, built automatically, with the manufacturer's current offers, a lead form beside each one, and a dealer page that pulls the whole store together.

Brand offer pages are pages Inventory Link builds automatically for each make a dealership carries: a brand page and a brand hero page with the current manufacturer offers in six card formats, a lead form beside them, and a Schedule a Visit sheet. The dealer page gathers offers, inventory and forms under the store's name, and every submission lands in the LeadLocate CRM with the vehicle attached.

What brand offer pages and the dealer page do

Brand offer pages give every make you carry a page of its own, built automatically, with the manufacturer's current offers on it and a lead form beside each one, and the dealer page brings your offers, your inventory and your forms together under your store's name. That is the feature. It exists because the page a shopper wants when they are deciding on a make is not your home page and not a listing grid; it is a page about that brand at your store, with the offer they read about this morning and a way to raise their hand on it.

There are two page types per make. The brand page carries the offers and the lead forms. The brand hero page is the version built to be the first thing a shopper sees, with the make front and center, for the traffic your advertising sends to it. Both are produced by Inventory Link from your store identity and the OEM incentives engine, which carries programs for more than twenty makes.

The dealer page is the store level view. Offers across your makes, your inventory, your lead forms and the Schedule a Visit sheet on one page, so a shopper who is not sure which brand they want can still find the offer that gets them in the door.

How a dealership uses brand offer pages on a normal day

Your store sells two makes. On Monday the internet manager checks the brand page for each one and sees the current lease special, the finance offer and the customer cash for the month, each in its own card format so a lease reads as a lease and a rate reads as a rate. She did not build these pages and she did not update them; they were built when the account went live and they carry the offers the engine holds. She points this month's advertising at the brand hero page for the make with the stronger program and gets on with her day.

Tuesday night a shopper arrives on that hero page from the ad. He reads the lease card, taps it, and the lead form is beside it. He fills it in, sees the shared confirmation screen, and is done in under a minute. His submission lands in the dealer portal and in the CRM with the offer and the vehicle attached. Wednesday morning a salesperson calls him about that lease, on that make, at the number he saw. Nobody asks what he was looking at.

A different shopper, on the dealer page, is between the two makes. She browses the offers side by side, finds a unit in the inventory on the same page, and uses the Schedule a Visit sheet to pick a time. On her phone the sheet rises from the bottom of the screen, the way the apps she already uses behave, so it feels like something she has done before. That request lands under Requests in the portal and in the CRM, and the appointment is on the board before the store opens.

Where the pages live, and where the leads arrive

The brand pages, the brand hero pages and the dealer page are public pages Inventory Link publishes for your store; they are where your advertising and your inventory links point. They draw the store identity, the phone number and the hours from Profile in the dealer portal, so a change there flows to every page at once. The portal opens from the My Inventory button in the dock at the bottom of the LeadLocate CRM, with single sign on.

Every submission from an offer form or the Schedule a Visit sheet arrives in the portal under Requests and in the inbox, and in the CRM as a lead with the vehicle attached. From there it is a normal lead: it can be assigned by round robin, it shows in the lead inbox, notifications fire, and the vehicle insert button in every composer drops the unit into the first text back. The Schedule a Visit requests page follows that path in detail.

On the phone, the LeadLocate app carries the inventory list with a detail sheet, so a salesperson answering a brand page lead from the lot sees the unit the shopper chose. The website editor under Website in the CRM main menu, with its Business Info, Branding and Inventory tabs, holds the store details the platform's public pages draw on.

What these pages replace, and what they cost elsewhere

Most stores get brand pages from their website vendor as part of a package, and those pages are usually the manufacturer's template with the store's logo dropped in. Updating the offers means a ticket to the vendor or a login to a page editor nobody on the sales floor has. Event pages and per-make landing pages for advertising come from a landing page tool, at a monthly fee, and they go stale the week after the event because nobody goes back to take the offer down.

Brand offer pages are built automatically, carry the offers the engine holds, and cost nothing beyond the plan. They are not a replacement for a search engine strategy on model research content, which is a different job; our vehicle model research page covers how to build pages that earn traffic before a shopper is in market. Brand offer pages are the product side: the page that turns a shopper who is already interested in a make into a lead with the offer and the vehicle attached.

They are part of the platform subscription, month to month. The pricing page lists the plans and what each includes.

The compliance angle: the offer as the manufacturer wrote it

An offer page is an advertisement, and an advertisement of a manufacturer's program has to say what the program says. The most common failure is a page that was right on the first of the month and wrong on the tenth, because the offer changed and the page did not. Brand offer pages carry the offers from the incentives engine, so the page and the program stay together, and the six card formats keep a lease payment from being presented as if it were a purchase price.

The lead side is inbound and opt-in. A shopper chose an offer, typed their own contact details and asked to hear from you, and the CRM logs the conversation from the first reply. When the offer and the vehicle arrive with the lead, the record shows what the shopper was responding to, which is a better place to stand than a screenshot of a page from last month. Everything downstream, the pencil, the credit application, the paperwork, stays in the desking tool and SecureWebX where it belongs.

How to turn brand offer pages on

They come on with your account. Once your inventory is in Inventory Link, from a feed, from an import of your own dealership website, or from auto broker inventory mode with no lot at all, the platform builds a page for each make you carry and a dealer page for the store. An inventory feed and DMS access are not required. Fill in Profile in the dealer portal so the pages carry the right phone number, hours and address, and point your advertising at the brand hero page for the make you want to push.

If you want a page presented differently from the automatic build, an offer format the six cards do not cover, or a page for a make outside the twenty plus the engine covers, that is available on request, our team puts it in production for your dealership. To see the pages before you decide, the pre-recorded live demo shows a brand page, an offer submission and the lead landing in the CRM, and the contact page reaches a person who will build one for your makes.

What to pair brand offer pages with

Brand pages carry the offers; the OEM Incentives Showroom is where a salesperson sees the same programs on the unit at the desk, so pair the two and the shopper and the salesperson are reading the same number. Pair the pages with the embeddable inventory widget when you want the same live inventory on the dealership website your web vendor runs, and with the vehicle finder when you want a shopper on the dealer page to describe the unit they want rather than browse for it.

Brokers pair brand offer pages with auto broker inventory mode, which connects them instantly for a broker with no lot, so the broker advertises the manufacturer's offer on a car they can get. Stores running their own campaigns pair them with the lead pages builder in the CRM for event specific landing pages, and every store pairs them with the shared team calendar, so a Schedule a Visit request becomes an appointment the whole floor can see. The all features page lists what else surrounds them.

What keeps working when we are down

Plainly: brand offer pages are additive. Your dealership website is still your website, your web vendor's pages keep serving, your feed keeps flowing to everyone else who consumes it, and your phones keep ringing. Leads that already arrived from a brand page are in the CRM for your team to work, and appointments already set are on the calendar.

When service returns, the pages carry the current offers again and the next import or regenerate picks up whatever changed in between. Nothing about how your store advertises a make has been moved onto our servers as a single point of failure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to build the brand pages myself?

No. Inventory Link builds a brand page and a brand hero page for each make you carry, plus a dealer page for the store, automatically. You fill in Profile in the dealer portal so they carry the right store details, and point your advertising at them.

What is the difference between a brand page and a brand hero page?

The brand page carries the current offers with a lead form beside each one. The brand hero page is built to be the first thing a shopper sees, with the make front and center, for the traffic your advertising sends to it. Both carry the same offers from the incentives engine.

What are the six offer card formats?

Six layouts, one per offer type, so a lease special, a finance offer and a cash incentive each look like what they are rather than sharing one generic box. One shared confirmation screen follows every submission, whichever card the shopper chose.

Where does a lead from a brand page go?

To the dealer portal under Requests and to the LeadLocate CRM as a lead with the offer and the vehicle attached. From there it is assigned, worked and answered like any other lead, and the first text back can carry the vehicle card.

Can a broker with no lot use brand offer pages?

Yes. Auto broker inventory mode connects brand offer pages instantly for a broker with no inventory feed and no lot, with the manufacturer's programs on them, so the broker advertises what they can get.

Are brand offer pages an extra charge?

No. They are part of the LeadLocate platform subscription, month to month. The pricing page lists the current plans and what each includes.
