LeadLocate Solutions by Role and Workflow
The same platform looks different from the desk, the BDC, the F&I office and a broker's phone. These pages show each view.
These pages describe how specific people use LeadLocate and how specific jobs get done with it. Role pages follow one person through a day at the store, from the numbers they are judged on to the tools they open in order. Workflow pages take one task, like texting a credit application link or covering after hours leads, and walk through it with the real feature names.
By role
A dealer principal wants to know what the platform costs and what it changes about gross. A BDC manager wants the routing rules, the scripts and the scorecard. An F&I manager wants the credit application in the customer's hands before the walk in. A salesperson wants to text from the lot and desk a deal on a phone. The role pages answer each of those on its own terms, and every one of them links the feature pages it depends on, so a reader can go from the day in the life to the exact control.
By workflow
The workflow pages are procedures, written the way a sales manager would explain them on a Saturday morning: the trigger, the steps in order, what the customer sees and what the manager sees. They cover the moments where minutes matter, such as answering an internet lead inside five minutes, and the ones that take a season, such as working an equity list. Each one names the CRM, SecureWebX or Inventory Link features it uses and links the matching Help Center steps.

What every role page has in common
Each role page opens with the numbers that person is judged on, because the tools only matter in relation to them. A BDC manager lives on response time, appointment set rate and show rate. An F&I manager lives on penetration and time to funding. A used car manager lives on days supply and turn. The page then walks a normal day in order: the first screen opened, the first lead worked, the first customer texted, the first deal desked, and the reports looked at before going home. Every tool named is a real feature with its own page, and every task is a real Help Center guide, so a reader can move from the overview to the click without leaving the site.
Role pages also say what the manager above that role sees. A salesperson's day is visible to the sales manager through the same CRM, and a BDC agent's calls are visible to the BDC manager with recordings and transcripts. That transparency is a feature, and the role pages treat it as one rather than hiding it.
What every workflow page has in common
A workflow page is a procedure with a trigger. Something happens, a lead arrives after hours, a customer asks about financing over text, a trade offer request comes in from a local owner, and the page shows the steps that follow with the real labels, what the customer sees on their phone, and what the manager sees on the dashboard. Where a step has a compliance check, such as consent before a text campaign or fair lending limits on a financing audience, the page states it in the step rather than in a footnote. Where a step differs on the phone app, the page says so. And where a store already has a process it likes, the page shows how the same steps map onto the platform, because the goal is to keep what works and remove the parts that were only ever there because the old software required them.
Where to start if you are new
Start with the role page closest to your own job, then open the first workflow it links. Most stores find that one workflow, usually answering an internet lead inside five minutes or texting a credit application link, is enough to see how the pieces fit, and the rest of the pages read faster after that. Managers comparing vendors can read the platform overview first for the shape of the whole system, then come back here for the day to day. Every page ends with the same offer: a specialist shows the workflow on a live account, on a call you schedule for a time that suits the store.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these pages specific to franchise stores?
No. Each page notes where an independent lot, a buy here pay here store or an auto broker does it differently, and the industry pages go deeper by dealer type.
Do the workflows require a DMS integration?
No. A feed and DMS access are not required. Where a workflow touches the DMS, the page says what stays in the DMS and what moves to the CRM.
Can my team follow these as training?
Yes. Pair a workflow page with its Help Center steps and it reads as a procedure a new hire can follow on day one.
What if my role is not listed?
Tell us. Anything not listed is available on request and we write the page for you.
