Live Training and Onboarding With Every Plan
Software only sells cars when the whole floor uses it. Every LeadLocate plan includes live training you book from inside the CRM, a video library for every new hire, and a welcome guide waiting on day one.
What training comes with a LeadLocate plan?
All of it. Dealership CRM training is part of every plan, from CRM Only to the Buyers and Sellers Hybrid plan, and it is built into the software rather than sold beside it. There are four parts, and a store uses all four in its first month.
Live Training is a session with our team, booked by the store at a time that suits the floor, run live over a shared screen with the team following along. Schedule Training is how it is booked: a button in the top bar of LeadLocate CRM available to every user, from the owner to the newest salesperson. Join a Live Meeting is how the team gets into the session: a button on the dock under More Options, labeled Join a Meeting, that opens the meeting room in a new tab. And the video training library is the always open classroom: a page in the CRM and a screen in the LeadLocate mobile app with walkthroughs a rep can watch between customers.
Around those four sit the onboarding pieces: a welcome guide PDF, an onboarding sequence that runs as the account comes to life, support tickets with printable history, and our support team, who can see your screen with you and fix it on the call. The store is never learning alone.
What happens the day the account opens?
Onboarding starts the moment a store signs up. The account admin gets a login to My LeadLocate, the account portal, and the welcome guide is already in the file library there as a PDF. The guide on how to download your welcome guide shows where it lives, and the smart first move is to print it for the desk and email it to everyone who will touch the platform. An onboarding sequence runs in the days that follow, and the portal dashboard shows where the account stands.
The same login opens every product. One sign in launches the CRM, Inventory Link, SecureWebX and the account portal, so nobody on the floor juggles four passwords while learning four screens. The admin adds each person in User Management as a User, a Manager or a Master Administrator, and each user can have a Quick Access PIN for fast sign in on a shared desk or a phone. From that moment the team has something real to train on: their own leads, their own calendar, their own Workspace.

How does a dealership book live CRM training?
A manager, or anyone on the team, clicks Schedule Training in the top bar of the CRM. The booking calendar opens in a popup inside the CRM, sized so the whole calendar fits, and the manager picks a time that works for the floor. There is no email chain and no phone tag, and the rep who wants a refresher on the calendar can book one without asking permission.
When the time comes, the team opens Join a Meeting on the dock, under More Options, and lands in the live session. The trainer shares a screen, the store's people follow along in their own accounts, and questions are answered with the store's own data on the screen. The Live Training entry in the same menu is the other door into the sessions. The best sessions are booked after the users are added and the first leads have arrived, because a rep learns a CRM fastest by working a live customer in it. For a store that wants a session built around a particular workflow, such as a weekend event, a BDC launch or a new desking process, it is available on request, and our team puts it in production for your dealership.
How do new hires learn the CRM on their own time?
Salespeople start on Mondays, on Saturdays and in the middle of month end, rarely on the day of a scheduled session. The Video Training library covers that gap. It is a page in the CRM and a screen in the phone app, so a new hire can watch a walkthrough on the desktop during a slow hour or on the phone in the break room, and come back to it as often as it takes.
The library page answers the next question too. It asks Do you need more training? and offers Schedule Live Training and Open a Support Ticket, so a rep who watched the video and still has a question books a session or asks in writing from the same screen. Pair the library with the recorded demo for anyone who wants the whole platform in one sitting, and with the Help Center for the step by step guides, starting with how to use the Workspace. The new salesperson's first 30 days page lays out the order a new rep picks up each tool.
What happens when a rep gets stuck in the middle of a deal?
Training is what happens before the customer arrives. Support is what happens while the customer is sitting there. The top bar carries Support, and More Options on the dock carries Support Tickets, so a question never waits for the next session. A ticket keeps the whole exchange in writing with a printable history, and when a screen is easier than a sentence, our support team can see your screen with you and fix it on the call.
For the quick question at nine at night, Jax, the AI assistant, sits in the taskbar and answers in English or Spanish, whichever the rep speaks. And when a rep has an idea for how the software should work, the Feedback button on the dock files it with a screenshot attached, straight to the people who build the product. A store that trains well and asks often gets more out of the platform every month.
What does the manager see during onboarding?
A manager judges onboarding by one thing: is the floor using it? LeadLocate makes that visible without a spreadsheet. Every user has a login of their own, so every text, call, note and appointment carries the name of the person who did it. The Workspace shows each rep's appointments, tasks and to-dos, and the manager can assign a to-do to a rep, such as finishing the video on texting before Friday, and see when it is marked done.
Reports on the dock carries activity, company and management reporting, so the manager sees what each rep actually did. In the first weeks those numbers are the training report card. A rep whose activity lags gets a second session booked with Schedule Training, and a rep who is flying gets asked to show the others. Roles keep the learning safe as well: a User sees what a salesperson needs, while a Manager and a Master Administrator reach the settings, so a new hire can explore without changing the store's automations.
How is this different from a DMS or classroom training plan?
Most dealership training plans are built around a classroom day: a vendor visit, a binder, and a floor that remembers a third of it by the following week. The guide to CRM training for dealership sales teams explains why that model fades and lays out a session by session curriculum a manager can run, and the DMS employee training plan covers the accounting and back office side of the store. This page is the product side of both: the tools inside LeadLocate that make a curriculum stick.
The difference is that training here never ends. The library is there on day ninety, Schedule Training is in the top bar for every refresher, and a new hire on a busy Saturday learns from the same sources as the team that launched. Stores coming from paper and spreadsheets will find the switch covered on the from spreadsheets to a CRM page.
How do you get started?
Choose a plan, open the account, download the welcome guide, add your users, and click Schedule Training before the first week is out. That is the whole onboarding path, and every step of it is included. Plans are month to month with no long term contract, and current plans are on the pricing page. To see the platform before you decide, watch the recorded demo, and the solutions page shows how each role in the store uses LeadLocate once the training is done.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is CRM training included with every LeadLocate plan?
Yes. Live training sessions, the video training library, the welcome guide and support are part of every plan, including CRM Only. There is no separate training fee.
How do I schedule live CRM training for my dealership?
Click Schedule Training in the top bar of the CRM. The booking calendar opens in a popup inside the CRM; pick a time that suits the floor. When the session starts, open Join a Meeting on the dock under More Options.
Can new salespeople train on their own time?
Yes. The Video Training library is a page in the CRM and a screen in the LeadLocate app, so a new hire can watch walkthroughs any time and book a live session from the same page.
Where do I find the welcome guide?
In My LeadLocate, the account portal, in your file library. Download the PDF and share it with the whole team; the copy in the library stays there for every future hire.
What if a rep needs help during a live deal?
Use Support in the top bar or open a support ticket from More Options on the dock. Our support team can see your screen with you and fix it on the call, and Jax in the taskbar answers quick questions in English or Spanish.
Can we get training built around a specific workflow?
Yes. Book a session with Schedule Training and name the workflow, such as a BDC launch or a weekend event. A custom training session is available on request, and our team puts it in production for your dealership.
