LeadLocate for Auto Brokers

No lot, no feed and no DMS required. Brand offer pages connected the day you sign up, a credit application you text from your phone, a desk that pencils any structure, and a deal page the client signs from wherever they are.

LeadLocate runs an auto broker's whole business from a phone: auto broker inventory mode in Inventory Link connects brand offer pages for the makes you sell the day you sign up, SecureWebX apply links put the credit application in a client's text thread, EZ Desking pencils cash, finance and lease structures, and a branded deal page collects the e-signature. No feed or DMS is required.

What numbers is an auto broker judged on, and why do most dealer tools fail a broker?

A broker is judged on deals closed per month, fee or gross per deal, how much of the business comes from repeat clients and referrals, and how many days pass between a client's first call and the delivery. There is no lot to walk and no floor traffic to count. The whole business is a phone, a list of people who trust you, the programs available on the makes you sell this month, and the paperwork that has to be perfect because the lender is someone else's.

Most dealership software fails a broker at the first question: where is your inventory feed? Everything the tool does starts from a feed, and a broker has none. LeadLocate starts from the makes you sell. An inventory feed and DMS access are not required, which is the reason a broker can run the same LeadLocate CRM, the same SecureWebX credit application system and the same Inventory Link merchandising a franchise store runs, on a month to month plan. This page walks a broker's day through those tools in the order they get opened, with the names on screen, then covers what a small broker office sees across its agents, and how to start.

What is the first screen an auto broker opens?

The Workspace on the LeadLocate app: today's appointments, reminders and to-dos, which for a broker is the list of clients who said call me when the lease programs change and the deliveries scheduled this week. The bottom dock is Text, Call, New Lead, Email and Team, and the mobile app page lists everything the phone version carries. A broker who works from a home office and a car rarely opens the desktop version before evening.

Second is the Inventory Link dealer portal, opened from the My Inventory button, where auto broker inventory mode was switched on the day the account was created. That mode connects brand offer pages and brand hero pages for the makes the broker sells, carrying the programs from the OEM incentives engine for more than twenty makes, with lead forms and a Schedule a Visit sheet on each page. The broker did not build them and does not update them. The auto broker inventory mode page explains the mode, and the brand offer pages page shows what a shopper sees. When a broker does have a unit in hand, Add a vehicle puts it in the inventory list with VIN decode filling the trim and equipment.

How does a broker work the first lead of the day?

A shopper filled out the offer form on the brand page for the make with the best lease program last night, and the request landed under Leads in the CRM with a notification by text, email and a sound in the app. The lead detail shows the make and the offer they asked about. The broker taps Text and replies from the same thread, and the vehicle button attaches a comparable unit with photos and price if one is in hand, or the message simply names the program and asks two questions about the client's situation. The AI writing assistant drafts the text when the broker is driving, and voice dictation takes the reply when the broker is not.

Then a call, by click to call from the lead, through the VoIP dialer in the app or a call triggered to the broker's own phone. The call records and a transcript sits next to the lead, which matters for a broker because the client's requirements, the color, the options, the payment ceiling, get said once on a call and then have to be right on every quote. The call recording page covers it. Every call, text, MMS, email and voicemail lands in one communications log on the client, so a broker with two hundred open relationships is never asking what was the last thing we said.

How does a broker get the credit application done before the vehicle is even located?

With a SecureWebX apply link, sent in the same text thread. The SecureWebX button on the dock opens the dealer console, Apply links lists the broker's branded application URLs, and Copy link puts one in the composer. The client opens it on their phone and works through the five step application, personal, residence, employment, income and review, with co-applicant support, ITIN or SSN, down payment and a trade-in section, then signs with e-signature and consent captured against versioned terms. The apply links page shows it from the client's side. A client who stops halfway is not lost: the abandoned application feeds back to the CRM as a follow up.

The finished application lands in the SecureWebX inbox and pipeline. From there the broker uses Send to Lender, a code gated, expiring, revocable, watermarked share of the application to whichever lender the broker chooses, with a lender response portal on the other end, and the Send to Lender page explains the share. Stipulations are tracked with upload to fulfill, OFAC screening runs on the application, adverse action notices generate from the record, and the application can be exported to a lender in the format it expects. The SecureWebX page lays out the whole console. Credit pulls run on the broker's own bureau account; the key is stored in the console and the pull is the broker's.

How does a broker desk a deal on a unit that is sitting at another dealer?

Desking in the CRM does not need the unit in the broker's inventory. EZ Desking builds cash, finance and lease structures from the numbers the broker has: selling price, the program from the brand page, the client's trade and down payment. The multi pencil grid shows the lease against the finance against the cash purchase side by side, goal seek bays land on the payment the client named, the 50 state tax matrix handles a client registering in another state, and three lease tax methods cover the states that tax leases differently. The EZ Desking worksheets page covers the engine, and the universal field set covers auto, RV, powersports and marine for the broker who sells all of them.

The client sees a deal page branded to the broker, opened with a PIN, with e-signature, a revision view when the numbers move and deal chat straight back to the broker. PencilRecap produces a shareable recap sheet for the client who wants to show a spouse or a business partner, and the pencil recap sheets page describes it. The Deal Jacket holds the license, the insurance card and the payoff letter, with QR intake so the client photographs documents from their own phone straight into the jacket. When a worksheet needs to travel with the credit application, it pushes from CRM desking into SecureWebX, where the worksheet engine runs at parity and produces the deal recap PDF the lender sees.

How does a broker handle delivery, transport and the client who is out of state?

The deal page has a digital retail flow: build, document review, deal review and a shipping quote, so a client in another city reviews documents and the deal on the same page they signed. It is a review flow rather than a payment rail; money changes hands the way it always has. Inventory Link carries a directory of transport carriers and service providers for the broker who arranges delivery, and the auto transport leads page is the counterpart for brokers and carriers on the transport side of the business.

Print packets with payment ranges and a finance breakdown print from the deal with #10 envelope templates and First Class postage with printed indicia, for the client who wants paper. The file library under Files holds the broker's forms with secure file sharing that tracks who opened what, and QR file share puts a document in a client's hand from a phone. Every one of these is inside the same login, so a broker is not paying for a document service, a fax line and an e-signature tool separately; SecureWebX has eFax numbers per company for the lender that still wants a fax.

Where do a broker's next clients come from?

Referrals, mostly, and the Referral Program turns that from a hope into a system. Every client gets a shared referral code, referral campaigns set the terms, and the reward is a real gift card style payout when the friend they sent closes, with the referral program page covering the mechanics. Design Studio prints the referral card, the business card and the NFC card from a stock media library. The broker's personal website, built from the Website menu, carries the booking link from Calendar Settings so a referred client books a call without a phone tag round, and the personal websites page describes it.

Beyond referrals, the brand offer pages themselves are the lead source, and a broker who wants more of them can run local campaigns through Leads Manager, the self service campaign builder with a zone editor, or start on a plan that delivers exclusive buyer leads in the broker's zone. Those leads are a mix of shoppers who named a VIN and shoppers who described what they want, every one delivered to the broker and only the broker, prescreened at capture and backed by a replacement review, and the what to expect page explains what that looks like before you buy.

What does a small broker office see across its agents?

A broker with two or three agents runs them as users under one account. User Management assigns the User, Manager and Master Administrator roles, round robin assignment rotates new brand page requests across the agents, and Team Chat holds the conversation about which dealer has the unit. The Reports dashboard shows activity by agent, calls, texts, appointments and deals, read from the communications log rather than from anyone's memory, and the reports dashboard page explains the three reporting modules. Company reporting shows which brand pages and which referral campaigns produced the deals.

My LeadLocate, the account portal, is where the owner of the brokerage handles billing, add ons, Skip A Month for the slow season, Automatic Renewal and which users can launch which apps. Ecosystem single sign on means one login opens the CRM, SecureWebX, Inventory Link and the portal for every agent.

How does an auto broker start on LeadLocate?

Sign up on a plan, tell us you are a broker, and auto broker inventory mode is switched on in the Inventory Link portal with the brand pages for your makes connected the same day. Fill in Profile so the pages carry your name, number and hours. Record a voicemail greeting, set the booking link in Calendar Settings, import your client list with contact import, and copy your first apply link. There is no feed to build and no DMS to connect at any step. A broker who works alone starts on CRM Only from $199 per month; plans that deliver exclusive buyer leads start higher, and the pricing page lists them. Every plan is month to month.

The recorded demo shows the phone app and the console before you commit, the contact page reaches a person who sets it up with you, and the solutions hub has the workflow pages, including the one on texting a credit application link, that a broker uses most.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can an auto broker with no lot and no inventory feed use LeadLocate?

Yes, and that is the case auto broker inventory mode was built for. An inventory feed and DMS access are not required. The mode connects brand offer pages for the makes you sell the day you sign up, and units you source are added by hand under Add a vehicle when you have one.

How does a broker collect a credit application from a client?

By texting a SecureWebX apply link from the client's thread in the CRM. The client completes the five step application on their phone with e-signature and consent captured, and it lands in the SecureWebX inbox. Send to Lender then shares it securely with any lender the broker chooses.

Does LeadLocate pull credit for the broker?

Credit pulls run on the broker's own bureau account. SecureWebX stores the bureau key in the console and offers a referral request to obtain one, and the application, stipulations, OFAC screening and adverse action notices are handled there.

Can I desk a lease on a car I have not located yet?

Yes. EZ Desking builds cash, finance and lease structures from the price, program and trade you know, with a multi pencil grid, goal seek bays, a 50 state tax matrix and three lease tax methods. The client reviews and signs on a branded deal page with a PIN and e-signature.

What does it cost a solo broker?

CRM Only starts at $199 per month, month to month with no long term contract, and includes the CRM, SecureWebX, Inventory Link with auto broker inventory mode, desking and the phone app. Plans that deliver exclusive buyer leads in your zone are on the pricing page.

What does a broker keep as their own?

Your phone number is yours and keeps ringing, the clients in the CRM are your clients, and every completed application is safe in the SecureWebX console waiting for you. Each product, the CRM, SecureWebX and Inventory Link, is its own application under one login, so a broker runs the whole business from one password and still owns every piece of it.
