OEM Incentives Showroom for Twenty Makes

Manufacturer programs for more than twenty makes, on the unit in front of your salesperson at the desk and on the brand page in front of your shopper at home.

The OEM Incentives Showroom is where LeadLocate surfaces manufacturer incentives for more than twenty makes. The incentives engine inside Inventory Link carries the programs, the Incentives Showroom shows them on the unit a salesperson is working inside the deal view of the LeadLocate CRM, and brand offer pages put the same offers in front of shoppers with a lead form beside them.

What the OEM Incentives Showroom does

The OEM Incentives Showroom puts the manufacturer's current programs for more than twenty makes on the vehicle in front of your salesperson, and on the brand page in front of your shopper, so both sides of the deal are working from the same offer. The engine behind it lives in Inventory Link and carries the programs; the Showroom is the view of them, inside the deal in the CRM and on the offer pages the platform builds for each make you carry.

Incentives are where a listing becomes an offer. A vehicle with a price is a picture with a number. The same vehicle with the manufacturer's lease special, finance rate or cash incentive attached is something a shopper responds to, and something a salesperson can quote without leaving the desk to look it up. The Showroom exists so that the lookup is not a separate step, and so the number the shopper saw online is the number the salesperson quotes at the desk.

It is part of the platform subscription rather than a separate incentive service, which is the point. A store should not need a third login and a second invoice to know what the manufacturer is offering on the car it is trying to sell today.

How a dealership uses the Showroom on a normal day

A salesperson has a customer at the desk on a new mid-size sedan, one of the twenty plus makes the engine covers. She opens the deal in the CRM, and the Incentives Showroom inside the deal view shows what the manufacturer is offering on that unit right now: the lease program, the finance rate, the customer cash. She does not walk to the tower to ask, she does not open a second browser tab and search, and she does not quote last month's program from memory. The offer is on the screen beside the vehicle, and the pencil she builds in the desking tool starts from it.

Across town, a shopper who has been reading about that same sedan finds your brand page for the make. The current offers are on it, each in the card format that fits its type, with a lead form beside them. He picks the lease card, fills in the form, and the request lands in the CRM with the offer and the vehicle attached. When the salesperson calls him back, she is looking at the same program he saw. The conversation starts on the number rather than on a misunderstanding about it.

The manager's part of the day is quieter than it used to be. Programs change, and the engine carries the current ones, so nobody prints a sheet for the sales floor on the first of the month and hopes everyone reads it. The salesperson who never remembers the rate and the one who always does are quoting the same thing.

Where the Showroom lives: the deal view, the brand pages and the portal

Inside the LeadLocate CRM, the Incentives Showroom is part of the deal view under Desking, so a salesperson working a deal sees the manufacturer programs on the unit without leaving the deal. It sits beside the worksheet, which is where a quoted incentive becomes a payment; the desking tool page covers that side of the desk.

On the shopper side, the offers appear on the brand pages and brand hero pages Inventory Link builds for every make you carry, and on the dealer page that pulls your whole store together. Six offer card formats mean a lease special, a finance offer and a cash incentive each look like what they are, and one shared confirmation screen follows every submission so the experience is the same no matter which offer brought the shopper in. The brand offer pages page walks through those pages in detail.

The engine itself runs inside Inventory Link, which opens from the My Inventory button in the CRM dock with single sign on. On the phone, the LeadLocate app carries the deal tracker desking view, so a salesperson working a deal from the lot sees the same offers the desk sees.

What the Showroom replaces, and what incentive data costs elsewhere

Most stores get their incentive information from some mix of the manufacturer's dealer portal, an incentive lookup subscription, a printed sheet from the desk manager and the memory of whoever has been there longest. The lookup subscription is a separate bill with a separate login. The printed sheet is stale by the second week. Memory is the worst of the three, because it is confident.

The Showroom replaces the lookup as a separate step. The programs are on the unit in the deal view and on the brand page, from one engine, for more than twenty makes. For a store that carries one franchise, that is one make handled well. For a group, or an independent that sells across brands, or a broker who advertises what they can get rather than what they hold, it is the difference between quoting offers and guessing at them.

The cost is the plan you are on. The engine and the Showroom are part of the platform subscription, month to month, and the pricing page lists what each plan includes.

The compliance angle: quote the program as written

Incentive advertising is one of the places a store can get into trouble without meaning to. A rate quoted without its term, a lease payment without the amount due at signing, a cash offer advertised after it expired, a program for one region quoted in another. None of it is malicious; all of it comes from the offer living in someone's head or on a sheet instead of on the vehicle.

The Showroom keeps the program with the vehicle. A salesperson quoting from the deal view is quoting the program the engine carries, and a shopper reading the brand page is reading the same one, in a card built for that offer type so a lease special and a finance rate are never dressed up as each other. When the offer and the vehicle arrive in the CRM together with a lead, the record shows what the shopper was responding to. That is a cleaner position than a screenshot of a sheet from the break room.

Everything else about the deal stays where it belongs. Your lender relationships, your bureau account and your F&I process are yours; the Showroom informs the pencil, and the desking tool and SecureWebX carry the deal from there.

How to turn the Incentives Showroom on

There is no separate switch. Once your account is live and your inventory is in Inventory Link, from a feed, from an import of your own dealership website, or from auto broker inventory mode with no lot at all, the engine has the makes it needs and the Showroom shows the programs on the units you carry. An inventory feed and DMS access are not required.

Brand pages for each make you carry are built automatically and carry the current offers. If your store sells a make outside the twenty plus the engine covers, or you want a program presented in a way the six card formats do not cover, that is available on request, our team puts it in production for your dealership.

To see the Showroom before you decide, the pre-recorded live demo shows a deal opened with the manufacturer's offers on the unit, and the contact page reaches a person who will pull up the programs on your own makes.

What to pair the Showroom with

The Showroom tells a salesperson what the manufacturer is offering; the desk turns that into a payment. Pair it with the EZ desking worksheets, so the incentive on the screen is the incentive in the pencil, and with the deal pages and pencil recap sheets that carry the number to the customer. On the shopper side, pair it with brand offer pages and the dealer page, where the offers live with a lead form beside them, and with the vehicle insert button in the CRM composers, so the follow up text carries the vehicle the offer applies to.

Brokers pair it with auto broker inventory mode, which gives a broker with no lot brand offer pages connected instantly, with the manufacturer's programs on them. It is the feature that lets a broker advertise an offer on a car they can get rather than a car they are holding. The full picture of what surrounds the Showroom is on the all features page.

What keeps working when we are down

Say it plainly. The Showroom is a view of the manufacturer's programs; it is not the source of them. If our side is unreachable, the manufacturer's dealer portal is still where it always was, your desk manager still knows the programs, and the deals already penciled and printed are in your customers' hands. Leads that already arrived from a brand page are in the CRM for your team to work.

When service returns, the deal view shows the programs again and the brand pages carry the current offers. Nothing about how your store quotes an incentive has been moved onto our servers as a single point of failure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which makes does the incentives engine cover?

More than twenty makes. If your store sells a make outside that set, coverage is available on request, our team puts it in production for your dealership.

Where does a salesperson see the incentives while working a deal?

In the Incentives Showroom inside the deal view under Desking in the LeadLocate CRM, on the unit being worked, beside the worksheet where the offer becomes a payment.

Do shoppers see the same offers?

Yes. The brand pages and the dealer page Inventory Link builds carry the current offers for each make you sell, in six offer card formats with a lead form beside them. A shopper who submits on an offer arrives in the CRM with the offer and the vehicle attached.

Does the Showroom pull credit or decide the deal?

No. It shows the manufacturer's programs on the vehicle. The desking tool builds the pencil, SecureWebX handles the credit application, and your lender relationships and bureau account stay yours.

Do I need an inventory feed for the incentives to show?

No. Inventory can come from a feed, from an import of your own dealership website, or from auto broker inventory mode with no lot at all. An inventory feed and DMS access are not required.

Is the Incentives Showroom an extra charge?

No. The engine and the Showroom are part of the LeadLocate platform subscription, month to month. The pricing page lists the current plans.
