How to Add an Add on in My LeadLocate
Extra lead sets, extra zones and extra features all sit on one shelf in My LeadLocate. Pick what you want, confirm the order, and it is on the account the same day.
Step by Step
Sign in to My LeadLocate
Open your account portal and sign in with the email on the account. The products shelf is in the same portal as billing, files and support, so you never need a CRM seat to order something for the store.
Open the add-on shelf
Click Add-on Products. Everything a store can bolt onto an active plan is listed there with what it does and what it costs, so nothing has to be quoted by email first. What you see is priced for your account.
Narrow it to what you actually need
Use Add-on categories to filter the shelf. Extra lead sets add volume where you already sell, extra zones add territory you do not cover yet, and feature add-ons switch on a capability your plan does not include today. Read the description before you pick; a zone and a lead set solve different problems.
Add it to the account
Click Add to My Account on the item you want. The portal builds the order and shows you the total before anything is charged, including how it sits alongside what you already pay each month.
Confirm the order
Check the summary, then move through to the secure checkout and confirm. Use the card already saved on the account or enter another one. The confirmation screen tells you the order is placed and the account is being set up.
Top up the things that run out
For anything that depletes rather than renews, open Refill & Add-on Products in billing and refill it there. That is the quickest route when the store is mid month and needs more of something it already bought once.
Give the new capability to a person
If the add-on is a seat or an app a teammate will use, open user access and click Add a User, then set which products that person can launch. An add-on nobody has been given is an add-on nobody uses.
Before you start
You need an active subscription and a My LeadLocate sign in that can reach billing. Add-ons attach to a live plan rather than standing on their own, so the plan comes first and the shelf comes second. What each plan already includes is on pricing, and it is worth reading before you buy: several things dealers expect to pay extra for are in the plan already.
Know what problem you are solving. More leads in the zip codes you already work is a lead set. A new town, a second rooftop or a market you want to test is a zone. A capability you saw in a demo and want switched on is a feature. If you are not sure which one you are looking at, call us before you order rather than after; nobody enjoys unpicking a purchase.
What you should see
After you confirm, the order shows as placed and the account moves to setting up. Extra volume and extra territory begin feeding the CRM without anyone in your store touching a setting, and a feature add-on appears on the menus of the users who are allowed to see it. Your next invoice carries the new line alongside the plan, and the receipt for the order itself is in billing with everything else.
The shelf itself keeps working after the purchase. Add-on Products shows what you already own, and Refill & Add-on Products is where you go for the things a busy month burns through. Nothing about the plan you are on changes because you added to it: same login, same CRM, same phone app, more of what you bought.

If it did not work
The shelf is empty or the buttons are missing. The account is not currently active, or your user does not have billing on its menu. The account admin can order it, and can also give your user access to billing.
You cannot find the add-on you were shown in a demo. Some capabilities are already part of your plan, so they never appear on the shelf. Check pricing, and if it is genuinely something new, it is available on request and our team puts it in production for your dealership.
The order went through but nobody can see the new feature. It has not been handed to a user yet. Open user access, pick the person, and switch the product on for them, or use Add a User if they have no sign in at all.
You bought the wrong thing. Call us. Orders on the shelf are for an active account and a person here can sort it out the same day, which is faster than any form.
What is worth adding first
Start with volume where you already close. A lead set in a zip code your store wins in pays faster than a zone in a town nobody drives to, because your pricing, your reputation and your inventory already work there. Add the zone when the current territory is genuinely picked over, not before.
Feature add-ons earn their keep when they remove a job nobody in the store enjoys. If your BDC spends its mornings retyping the same message, if your desk is rebuilding the same worksheet by hand, or if every follow up depends on somebody remembering it, the add-on that removes that job pays for itself in a week. The platform overview lists what each product covers so you can tell what is a plan feature and what is a shelf item.
Related tasks
The portal itself, including invoices, receipts, credits, the file library, support tickets and the launch tiles for the CRM, Inventory Link and SecureWebX, is described on the My LeadLocate page.
The LeadLocate Help Center carries the guides that usually follow this one: paying the invoice the add-on lands on, managing which users can reach which apps, and opening a support ticket if something on the shelf reads wrong. If your store wants an add-on nobody else has asked for, say so; our team puts it in production for your dealership.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy an add-on without a subscription?
No. Add-ons attach to an active plan, so the subscription comes first. Pricing lists every plan, and each one is month to month with no long contract behind it.
What kinds of add-ons are on the shelf?
Extra lead sets for more volume where you sell, extra zones for territory you do not cover yet, and feature add-ons that switch on a capability your current plan does not include.
How soon does an add-on start working?
The order is placed as soon as you confirm and the account is set up from there. Extra volume and territory begin feeding the CRM without anyone in the store changing a setting.
Where do I refill something that runs out?
Open Refill and Add-on Products in billing. That screen handles the items a store uses up during a month, so you are not reordering from the main shelf every time.
Add what you need, when the month tells you to
Lead sets, zones and features sit on one shelf behind the same login as the CRM, on a month to month plan. See the recorded demo or ask us what your store should add first.
