Lease Broker Software

Built for the business that sells the payment: lease pencils at two terms side by side, three lease tax methods, lease specials on brand offer pages without a lot, a credit application link in every text, and a follow up drip that wakes up before the lease matures.

LeadLocate lease broker software is the LeadLocate platform run by a leasing broker: EZ Desking for lease structures with three lease tax methods and a multi pencil grid, brand offer pages that carry the current lease specials without a feed or a lot, SecureWebX apply links for credit applications, deal pages with e-signature, and Follow Up Processes timed to the lease end. Plans start month to month with CRM Only.

What is different about brokering a lease?

A lease broker sells a monthly number. The client rarely cares which dealer the car comes from or what the invoice says; they care that the payment is right, the term is right, the money down is small and the car arrives in their driveway. The broker's skill is knowing the programs across many makes this month, working several dealers for the allocation, and structuring the same car three ways in ten minutes. The math has more moving parts than a finance deal, the tax treatment changes by state, and the client will forward the pencil to a spouse before they say yes.

The second difference is the clock. Every lease the broker writes matures on a known date, and the client who took a three year term will need a car again a few months before that date. A leasing business that remembers its maturities has its next year already booked; one that forgets them starts every month from zero. The software has to hold that date and act on it without anyone remembering.

The third difference is that most lease brokers have no lot, no feed and no DMS, which is the same reason most dealer software turns them away. Lease broker software, the way this page uses the term, is the sales side built around those facts: clients, the programs you advertise, the pencil, the credit application, the signature, the delivery and the maturity. The industries hub describes every dealer type the same way, and the auto broker software page covers the neighbouring business that sells the car rather than the payment.

What software do leasing agents use, and which LeadLocate features carry the weight?

Most leasing agents run on a general purpose contact manager, a lease calculator on a website, a spreadsheet of maturities and a personal phone. The platform folds those into four features. The first is EZ Desking, whose lease structure supports three lease tax methods, a 50 state tax matrix, a multi pencil grid for the same car at two terms and a cash alternative, and goal seek bays that work backward from the payment the client named. Deal defaults are centralized so every agent starts from your fee structure.

The second is auto broker inventory mode in Inventory Link, which gives a broker with no lot brand offer pages connected instantly, carrying the current programs from the OEM incentives engine for more than twenty makes in six offer card formats, so a lease special looks like a lease special and the lead form sits beside it. The third is the Customer Profile, one shared buyer record with co-buyer support and encrypted personal data, holding the car on lease now, the car they want next and every call, text and email in one communications log.

The fourth is Follow Up Processes, multi step drips per lead type that a broker points at the lease maturity so the client hears from you before the captive does. Around those sit the Two Way Texting Inbox with MMS and trackable short links, SecureWebX apply links, customer deal pages with e-signature, the Referral Program, and the rest of the LeadLocate CRM on the desktop and the phone app.

How do I pencil the same car at two terms with my client's state tax?

Open the lead, press Start New Deal, and type the unit into the Unit field; nothing has to sit in an inventory for the worksheet to run. Choose Lease, pick the tax method that fits the client's state from the three the engine supports, set the term, add the trade with its payoff, and the payment recalculates as you type. Put the second term in the next pencil of the multi pencil grid and the cash or finance alternative in the third, and the client sees all three on one sheet. Goal seek bays take the payment the client said they can carry and solve for the structure that lands there.

Then the pencil leaves the office. The client opens a customer deal page, branded to you, with a PIN, sees the pencils and every revision, asks about the mileage allowance in Deal Chat, and signs on the page; the deal pages with e-signature page walks through it. A PencilRecap sheet is the one page version they forward to a spouse, and digital retail on the deal page adds document review, deal review and a shipping quote for the client in another state. Duplicate Deal copies the structure for the client who wants the same lease on a second car for the household.

The Deal Jacket collects the license, the insurance card and the current lease paperwork through a QR code from the client's own phone camera, the driver license scanner fills the customer record from the card, and the Road to Sale checklist shows what is done and what is missing on every deal in the Desking menu. The desking tool page makes the general case for desking inside the CRM.

How do I advertise lease specials without a lot?

Auto broker inventory mode is built for exactly this. There is no feed to connect, so Inventory Link builds brand offer pages for the makes you work, each carrying the current OEM programs from the incentives engine, laid out in six offer card formats with one shared confirmation screen after the shopper submits. The Schedule a Visit sheet and the request sheet rise from the bottom of a phone screen the way a shopper expects, and every submission lands in the CRM with the vehicle attached, so the first reply names the car and the program.

A dealer page pulls the whole brokerage together under your name, the embeddable inventory widget drops the same offers into any website you already run, and the vehicle finder lets a shopper type the exact car and trim they want so the request arrives with the description attached. When you do hold a unit, a lease return you bought or a demonstrator, the add a vehicle screen in the portal lists it by hand with photos and a decoded VIN, and the vehicle button in every text composer drops it into a message.

Because programs change every month, the incentives engine is what keeps the pages honest without anyone retyping them, and the Incentives Showroom inside the deal view shows the agent the same programs while they pencil. Inventory Link also carries a directory of transport carriers and service providers for the delivery to the client's driveway.

How does the credit application work for a lease client?

SecureWebX is the secure credit application system in the platform, and it fits a lease broker because the application is signed by link before the car is allocated. Every account gets branded apply links, each customizable with extra sections, custom fields, document uploads and disclosures, and the agent sends the link from the texting inbox or the email composer. The client completes five steps, personal, residence, employment, income and review, adds a co-applicant when there is one, enters an ITIN where that is the right number, notes the down payment and the trade, and signs with consent captured against versioned terms. Bot protection guards the public form, and an abandoned application feeds back to the CRM so the agent follows up.

Inside the dealer console, the application inbox and pipeline show status, assignee, amount and notes. Send to Lender shares an application with any lender or any dealer you choose as a code gated, expiring, revocable, watermarked link with a lender response portal, which is how a broker works several captives and banks without a login for each. Stipulations get uploaded to fulfill, adverse action notices generate from the application record, OFAC screening runs, and state specific disclosures are yours to add and edit. The credit pull itself runs on your own bureau account.

Worksheets in SecureWebX carry the same cash, finance and lease pencils as CRM desking, and the lease pencil built in the CRM can be pushed straight onto the application so the lender sees the structure you sold. When the dealer or the lender wants the application in a particular format, SecureWebX exports it in the format they expect. Two factor authentication, encryption at rest and a full audit log sit under all of it.

How do I keep every lease maturity from slipping away?

This is the part a spreadsheet loses. The Customer Profile holds the car on lease now and the car the client might want next, the deal record holds the structure that was signed, and Follow Up Processes run a multi step drip per lead type, so a lease client gets a text, an email and a call reminder in the months before maturity without an agent remembering the date. Appointments, reminders and to-dos sit on the Workspace with snooze, and Automated Templates handle the inbound reply.

The lease maturity marketing campaigns page covers the campaign side in depth. Inside the platform it looks like this: Bulk Email carries the new programs to the maturing list from your own authenticated domain, Bulk Texting reaches the same list with a live do not call lookup and the DNC Blacklist protecting every send, and trackable short links tell you who opened the offer. Custom lead statuses and tags mark the clients by maturity month, so the list for next quarter is a filter rather than a project.

The Referral Program closes the loop. A standalone page with referral campaigns, a shared referral code and real rewards pays the client who sends a colleague, and Design Studio prints the referral card and the NFC card the agent hands over at delivery. Lead Feeds Manager takes every inbound source you already pay for, the free live chat widget turns a browsing shopper into a text thread, and every source carries a tracking phone number. What consumers do once they submit a form is covered plainly on the what to expect page.

What stays outside the platform, and what stays yours?

Your accounting package keeps the books, the dealer that delivers the car keeps its DMS, and the lender keeps the contract. The platform is the sales layer: clients, the programs you advertise, the pencil, the application, the signature and the maturity. Where the pieces meet, SecureWebX exports the application in the format the dealer or the lender expects, and a deal page carries the signed pencil to whoever needs it.

The platform is built so your business keeps writing leases. Each product is its own application under one login, and every quote you texted, every pencil you sent, every deal page you shared with its PIN, every application sitting in the console and every maturity date on a client record is written the moment it happens and stays safe there. Your tracking number forwards to the ring list you set, your accounting package, your website and your own phone number stay yours, and nothing about the way you write a lease has been taken out of your hands. For a broker working a book that matures a few clients at a time, that is the difference between a business and a pile of spreadsheets: who leased what, on what terms and when it comes due lives in one place, current, and it belongs to you.

What the platform replaces at a typical leasing office is the website lease calculator, the spreadsheet of maturities, the personal phone, the PDF application, the separate e-signature subscription and the landing page tool. One login launches all of it with single sign on, and a broker with two agents adds them from User Management with the roles they need.

How does a lease broker start?

Start with CRM Only, from $199 a month, month to month with no long term contract. It is the whole platform without a lead plan: the CRM, EZ Desking, SecureWebX, Inventory Link in auto broker inventory mode, the phone app and the marketing tools. Add Inbound later if you want local buyers on top.

The first week looks like this. Turn on auto broker inventory mode and pick the makes you work, so the brand offer pages carry this month's programs. Import your client list with the maturity dates, set up a Follow Up Process that starts before each one, turn on the apply link so it goes in every text, and set the booking hours on your calendar. Then write a lease the way you always have, except that the pencil, the application, the signature, the delivery and the maturity are in one record you can open on a phone. A specialist walks through all of it on a live account when you ask through the contact page.
