Franchise Dealer Software That Sits Beside Your DMS

The sales platform for a store that already has a DMS, a feed and a manufacturer: every lead source in one inbox, routing per rooftop, incentives inside the deal, secure credit applications exported in the format your DMS expects, and exclusive local leads if you want them.

LeadLocate franchise dealer software is the LeadLocate platform run beside a franchise store's DMS: the LeadLocate CRM with Lead Feeds Manager for manufacturer and website leads, distribution rules per rooftop, EZ Desking with the Incentives Showroom inside the deal, SecureWebX credit applications exported in STAR XML, and Inventory Link on your existing feed. Your DMS keeps accounting and title work; plans start month to month with CRM Only.

What is different about a franchise store?

A franchise dealership has more of everything. More lead sources, because the manufacturer sends inquiries on top of the website, the listing sites and the store's own advertising. More people, because a BDC, a sales floor, a finance office and a service drive all touch the same customer. More rules, because the manufacturer has a program on every unit this month and a different one next month, and the store's own compliance file has to hold up. And more systems, because a DMS, an inventory feed and a web vendor are already in place, and any new software has to sit beside them rather than argue with them.

The buyer is the ordinary car shopper, which is exactly why a franchise store is the core customer for the whole platform. They submit a form at eleven at night, they expect a text back in minutes, they ask about the lease special they saw on the brand page, and nearly every one of them intends to negotiate. The what to expect page explains that behaviour plainly, and the platform is built to meet every bit of it.

Franchise dealer software, the way this page uses the term, is the sales layer: leads, conversations, the deal, the credit application and the online inventory. Your dealer management system keeps accounting, floorplan, parts, service and title work, and the platform sits beside it. That is the title of this page and the design of the product. The industries hub describes every dealer type the same way.

Which LeadLocate features carry the weight at a franchise dealership?

Start with Lead Feeds Manager. Every source the store pays for, the manufacturer's inquiries, the website form, the listing sites and the chat widget, gets its own feed with instant push to the CRM and its own Automated Templates, so the reply a manufacturer lead gets differs from the reply a listing site lead gets. Global lead distribution with rules and distribution lists routes each lead by rooftop, and round robin assignment shares them fairly across the floor. The multi rooftop lead routing page walks the rules for a group.

Second is the Customer Profile, one shared buyer record with co-buyer support and encrypted personal data, with every call, text, MMS, email and voicemail in one communications log, and Merge Duplicates for the shopper who submitted three forms. Third is the desk: EZ Desking with cash, finance and lease structures, a 50 state tax matrix, centralized deal defaults for the whole store, and the Incentives Showroom inside the deal view so the manufacturer's program on that unit is on the screen while the pencil is built.

Fourth is the phone. Tracking phone numbers per source, call recording and transcription, an IVR call flow builder with revisions, business hours routing, a virtual receptionist and a Forward Calls To ring list built from your users. Around those sit the Two Way Texting Inbox with RCS and SMS fallback, Team Chat for the BDC and the floor, Reports for the managers, and the rest of the LeadLocate CRM, with roles for User, Manager and Master Administrator in User Management.

How does it sit beside the DMS without becoming a second DMS?

Say it plainly, because every franchise dealer has been sold an overlap before. Your DMS keeps accounting, the general ledger, floorplan, parts, repair orders, technician time and title work. The platform does none of that and does not pretend to. It is the sales layer: leads, conversations, the deal, the credit application and the online inventory, and it meets the DMS at two clean edges.

The first edge is the credit application. SecureWebX exports an application in STAR XML, the DMS standard, as well as CSV, JSON and fixed width, and delivers it over SFTP, SOAP, a REST call, PGP encrypted mail, structured email or a secure portal, with mapping templates for the layout your DMS expects. The export formats page lists every combination. The second edge is inventory. Inventory Link ingests the feed your store already runs, and the feed editor corrects any field that arrives wrong, so the DMS stays the source and the platform stays a reader.

Intake Process Automation covers the rest. It replaced the per dealer third party automation tools with in house intake automations and an intake hook, so a lead from a source the platform has never seen still lands in the right feed. When a store has a connection it needs that is not on the list, our team puts it in production for your dealership on request.

How do manufacturer programs and the feed show up on the sales floor?

The feed comes in through Inventory Feeds, every unit runs through VIN decode and the automotive database, stock number overrides keep the store's numbering, and the inventory appears in the Inventory menu of the CRM and on the phone app. The vehicle button in every text and email composer drops any unit into a message with its photo, trim, mileage, stock number and price, and In-Store Now marks what is physically on the lot.

The OEM incentives engine tracks manufacturer programs for more than twenty makes. On the desk they appear in the Incentives Showroom inside the deal view; on the web they appear on brand pages and brand hero pages that Inventory Link builds for every make the store carries, with offers in six card formats and a lead form beside each one. The dealer page pulls the store together, the embeddable inventory widget drops live inventory into the website the web vendor already runs, and the vehicle finder lets a shopper type what they want in plain words. Every request lands in the CRM with the unit attached.

A franchise store with a good feed uses Inventory Link to get past what the feed vendor delivers: decoded trims, incentives on the unit, brand pages that maintain themselves and per salesperson inventory sites under each person's own name. Nothing here replaces the manufacturer's website program; it sits beside that too.

How does the finance office use SecureWebX?

Every dealer gets branded apply links, each customizable with extra sections, custom fields, document uploads and disclosures, and the salesperson or the BDC sends the link from the texting inbox or the email composer, so the application is done before the customer arrives. The customer completes five steps, personal, residence, employment, income and review, adds a co-applicant, enters an ITIN where that is the right number, and signs with consent captured against versioned terms. Bot protection guards the public form, and an abandoned application feeds back to the CRM for follow up.

In the console, the application inbox and pipeline show status, assignee, amount and notes. Send to Lender shares an application with any lender you choose as a code gated, expiring, revocable, watermarked link with a lender response portal and a decision webhook. Stipulations get uploaded to fulfill, supporting documents attach to the submission, adverse action notices generate from the application record, OFAC screening runs on every application, and state specific disclosures, the privacy notice and the terms are yours to edit per company with forced acceptance for every user. The credit pull runs on your own bureau account.

Worksheets in SecureWebX carry the same cash, finance and lease pencils as CRM desking, a pencil built on the desk can be pushed straight onto the application, and the deal recap PDF goes out watermarked with print and download gated. Two factor authentication on every sign in, encryption at rest, virus scanning on uploads and a full audit log sit under all of it, and archiving retains every record for compliance.

Where do the leads come from, and how do exclusive local leads fit?

A franchise store already has lead flow, and the first job of the platform is to catch all of it in one place with a reply on every source. The second job is the store's own marketing: Lead Pages builds a landing page for the weekend event, the free live chat widget on the website turns browsing into texting, Bulk Texting and Bulk Email reach the sold customer list with a live do not call lookup and the DNC Blacklist protecting every send, Email Automation runs the drips, and the Referral Program pays real rewards to the customer who sends a neighbour.

The third job is the lead plans, and a franchise store is who they were built for. Inbound, from $799 a month, delivers local buyer leads who asked to be contacted, every submitted lead in your zone, exclusively. Marketplace Acquisitions, from $999, delivers opt in seller leads, local owners who filled out an offer request and asked to hear from a dealership, for the used inventory the store needs. The Buyers & Sellers Hybrid Plan, from $1,599, delivers both. If the group is committed to another CRM, the leads route into it at no change in price. The pricing page carries what each plan includes.

Leads Manager, the self service campaign builder with a zone editor, zip stats, a market scan and offers, runs two ways: a managed path and a bring your own accounts path. Either way our team launches and manages every campaign from the selections the store makes, on the managed webXintel Ads Network or in the store's own connected ad accounts, and the store keeps the zone, the offers and the schedule under its own hand. Financing campaigns run under fair lending rules, and every lead in the zone is delivered to your store and to nobody else, prescreened at capture and backed by a replacement review through Quality Control Requests, so a bad lead costs the store nothing.

How does a group run several rooftops and a central BDC on it?

Lead routing rules per rooftop and distribution lists put each lead where it belongs, round robin assignment shares the load, and User Management gives every person a role and per user notification toggles, so a BDC agent sees the queue and a general manager sees the store. Reports cover activity, company and management reporting, with the Reports v2 dashboard on the dock for the executive who wants the group on one screen. The centralized BDC for dealer groups page walks the setup.

Team Chat gives the BDC, the floor and the finance office channels, direct messages and presence, so the handoff from the phone to the desk is a message rather than a walk. Custom lead statuses per tenant, row colors, tags and keyword triggers let each rooftop keep its own vocabulary, the lost reason popup captures why a deal died, and Quality Control Requests give a manager the workflow to report a bad lead and get it reviewed.

One login launches the CRM, Inventory Link, SecureWebX and the account portal through single sign on, with biometric login on the phone app and a Quick Access PIN per user. When a person leaves, removing them from User Management removes them everywhere in the same motion, which is the part a compliance file cares about.

What stays in the store's hands, and how does a franchise dealer start?

Because the platform sits beside the DMS rather than in front of it, the store keeps selling on its own terms. The DMS keeps posting, the feed keeps flowing to everyone else who consumes it, the website keeps showing inventory, and the tracking numbers ring the list the managers set. Every customer record, every text, every recorded call, every deal page with its PIN and every application delivered to the console is saved and stays saved on the customer, so a shopper who came in on last month's program opens with the whole history attached when the new program lands. Each product is its own application under one login, which is why the store's phones, the store's DMS and the store's website stay the store's own, and why a franchise dealer can put the sales layer in place without renegotiating with the web vendor or the DMS.

Starting is a decision about which plan, not a migration project. Software first is CRM Only, from $199 a month, month to month with no long term contract: the CRM, EZ Desking, SecureWebX, Inventory Link, the phone app and the marketing tools. Add Inbound, Marketplace Acquisitions or the Hybrid Plan when the store wants exclusive local leads on top. The first week is Lead Feeds Manager pointed at every source, the feed connected, the team invited with roles, the apply link switched on, the tracking numbers assigned and the IVR recorded. A specialist walks through all of it on a live account when you ask through the contact page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does LeadLocate replace my DMS?

No. Your DMS keeps accounting, floorplan, parts, service, repair orders and title work. LeadLocate is the sales layer beside it, and SecureWebX exports the credit application to the DMS in STAR XML or the other formats it expects, over the transport it expects.

Can it take the manufacturer's leads along with the website and listing site leads?

Yes. Lead Feeds Manager gives every source its own feed with instant push to the CRM and its own Automated Templates, distribution rules route each lead by rooftop, round robin shares them across the floor, and Merge Duplicates handles the shopper who submitted three forms.

Do the manufacturer incentives show up on the desk?

Yes. The OEM incentives engine tracks programs for more than twenty makes, and the Incentives Showroom inside the deal view shows the program on the unit while the pencil is built. The same programs appear on the brand pages Inventory Link builds for every make the store carries.

We are committed to another CRM. Can we still buy the leads?

Yes. Leads require the platform subscription, because the system is what receives and delivers them, and they can be routed into the store's existing CRM at no change in price. Inbound starts at $799, Marketplace Acquisitions at $999 and the Hybrid Plan at $1,599 a month.

How does a dealer group with several rooftops set it up?

Lead routing rules per rooftop, distribution lists and round robin assignment place each lead, User Management gives every person a role, Reports cover the group on one dashboard, and Team Chat connects a central BDC to each floor. One login covers every product through single sign on.

What does a franchise dealer pay to start?

CRM Only starts at $199 a month, month to month with no long term contract. Inbound buyer leads start at $799, Marketplace Acquisitions seller leads at $999 and the Buyers & Sellers Hybrid Plan at $1,599. The pricing page carries what each plan includes.
