Powersports Dealer Software for ATV, UTV and PWC Stores

One CRM for a store that sells four kinds of units to three kinds of buyers: the desking worksheet already covers powersports, the credit application travels by text, and every line you carry gets its own offer page.

LeadLocate powersports dealer software is the LeadLocate platform configured for a store that sells ATVs, UTVs, side by sides, personal watercraft and snowmobiles: the LeadLocate CRM for texting and calling, EZ Desking with a universal field set that includes powersports, SecureWebX for secure credit applications with co-applicants, and Inventory Link for brand offer pages and unit photos. A feed and DMS access are not required; plans start with CRM Only.

What is different about a powersports buyer and a powersports unit?

A powersports store is really several stores under one roof. The side by side buyer is often a rancher or a contractor who is buying a tool and wants to talk about payload, a winch and a financing term that fits a business. The ATV buyer is a family on a Saturday. The personal watercraft buyer is thinking about one summer, the snowmobile buyer about one winter, and the two of them show up in opposite halves of the year. The same salesperson works all of them, and the same manager desks all of them, which is the argument for one system rather than a texting app for the floor, a spreadsheet for the desk and a paper credit application for the lender.

The units differ from cars in ways that break generic dealer software. Several of them are not titled the way a car is. A trailer or a second unit is often part of the same deal. Accessories and setup are a real slice of the gross. And the buyer researches by brand and model before they ever text, so the store that answers first with the exact unit and its picture usually gets the visit.

A dealership CRM, in the plain meaning of the phrase, is the system that holds every one of those conversations, the appointment, the pencil and the application in one record. The auto dealer software page explains the category in general; this page is about the powersports version, and the industries hub covers the neighbouring dealer types.

Which LeadLocate features carry the weight in a store that sells four kinds of units?

The texting inbox comes first, because powersports buyers text and they text pictures. The Two Way Texting Inbox in the LeadLocate CRM shows one thread per customer with delivery status on every bubble, MMS with several attachments, and RCS with automatic SMS fallback for the phones that support it. The vehicle button inside the composer is what makes it a powersports tool: tap it, pick the unit, and the buyer receives the photo, the model, the stock number and the price as a card. The send vehicles by text page shows exactly what that card looks like.

Second is EZ Desking, whose field set is universal across auto, RV, powersports, marine, buy here pay here and fleet. That line is the reason a side by side and a watercraft desk on the same screen with the fields their deal actually has, rather than a car worksheet with the wrong labels. Third is SecureWebX, because a family buying an ATV usually applies together, and the application supports a co-applicant from the first step.

Fourth is the phone app, since the salesperson at a powersports store is in the yard, in the shop or at a demo event more than at a desk. The LeadLocate mobile app carries the workspace, the texting and email inboxes, the calendar, the VoIP dialer, the inventory list with a detail sheet, desking and the deal jacket, and a bottom dock with Text, Call, New Lead, Email and Team. A rep can start a deal from a unit in the yard and finish the pencil before the customer reaches the parking lot.

How do I desk an ATV, a side by side or a watercraft on one worksheet?

Every deal in the Desking menu opens with the same tabs, Cash, Finance and Lease, plus Acquisition for the day you are buying a customer's unit. Start New Deal from the lead or from the Unit field, and the customer, the co-buyer and the unit are already on the sheet. The multi pencil grid lays out three structures side by side, the goal seek bays solve for the payment the buyer named, the 50 state tax matrix applies the right rules for your state, and trade credit caps and semimonthly frequency are there for the deals that need them. Centralized deal defaults mean every salesperson starts from the store's fees rather than their own habits.

When a buyer takes the numbers home, they take a customer deal page, branded to your store and opened with a PIN, with a revision view and a place to sign, and Deal Chat on that page lets the buyer ask about the winch or the trailer without a phone call. PencilRecap turns the pencil into one shareable sheet, and print packets with payment ranges cover the customer who prefers paper. Every one of those ties back to the deal record, so a manager reads the visit log and the deal history instead of asking around the floor.

The Deal Jacket takes the driver license, the insurance card and the trade photos from a phone camera through a QR code, the trade in form scans the trade VIN where the unit carries one, the identity scanner reads a license into the customer record, and the Road to Sale checklist tells the manager what is left. The general case for desking inside the CRM is on the desking tool page.

How do I keep four product lines merchandised online?

Inventory Link is the inventory side of the platform, and it starts from whatever your store has. Connect a feed and use the feed editor to correct the field that always arrives wrong. If your units only exist on your dealership website, Inventory Link imports them from that site with your permission, recognising twenty eight website platforms; when yours is outside the list, our team puts the connection in production for your dealership on request. Add a vehicle in the portal handles the unit that is in no feed yet, which at a powersports store is most of the used side. A feed and DMS access are not required.

Units that carry a VIN get VIN decode and the automotive database behind it. Stock number overrides keep the yard tag and the system in agreement. Promo photos and stock imagery cover the units that arrived without pictures, and the edit vehicle and photos view is where a listing gets its first image fixed, since that image decides whether anyone clicks.

Then the units go to work. Brand offer pages give each make you carry its own page, built automatically, with offers and a lead form on it, and the dealer page collects the whole store under one address. The OEM incentives engine tracks manufacturer programs for more than twenty makes and shows them in the Incentives Showroom. The inventory website builder publishes a site and regenerates it as the yard changes, the embeddable widget puts live inventory on the website you already own, and the vehicle finder lets a buyer type what they want in plain words. Schedule a Visit rises from the bottom of the phone screen and lands in the CRM with the unit attached.

How does a powersports customer apply for financing?

By link, from the conversation they are already in. SecureWebX gives the store branded apply links, each customizable with extra sections, custom fields, document uploads and disclosures, and the salesperson sends one from the texting inbox or the email composer. The buyer walks through five steps, personal, residence, employment, income and review, adds the co-applicant, enters an ITIN where that is the right number, and signs with consent captured against versioned terms. Bot protection guards the public form. The online credit application form page walks through each step as the buyer sees it.

The dealer console shows every application in an inbox and pipeline with status, assignee, amount and notes. Send to Lender is the piece a powersports store leans on hardest: a code gated, expiring, revocable, watermarked share of the application to any lender you choose, with a lender response portal, so a store that works a recreational lender, a local bank and a captive program does it from one screen. Stipulations get uploaded to fulfill, adverse action notices generate from the record, OFAC screening runs, and state specific disclosures are yours to edit. An abandoned application feeds back to the CRM so the buyer who stopped at income gets a text, not silence.

Worksheets inside SecureWebX match the CRM desking engine pencil for pencil, and a pencil from the CRM can be pushed onto the application. When a lender or your DMS wants the file in a specific format, SecureWebX exports it in the format it expects. Two factor authentication on every sign in, encryption at rest and a full audit log protect the record, and the credit pull runs on the store's own bureau account.

Where do powersports leads and marketing come from on the platform?

Your existing sources come first. Lead Feeds Manager takes the website form, the listing sites and the manufacturer's inquiries, gives each its own feed and pushes every lead into the CRM the instant it arrives, with Automated Templates answering in the first minute and Follow Up Processes carrying the buyer who is waiting for spring. Tracking phone numbers per source tell you where the calls came from. Lead Pages builds the landing page for the demo day, and the free live chat widget turns a website visitor into a thread in the inbox.

LeadLocate's exclusive lead plans were built around car shoppers, so a powersports store starts with the software and grows the lead side through the campaign tooling. Leads Manager is the self service campaign builder with a zone editor, zip stats, a market scan and offers. Our team launches and manages every campaign from the selections your store makes there, in the managed webXintel Ads Network or in your own ad accounts, so you choose the zone, the units and the offer and the campaign that goes live is built and run for you. Ask for a campaign built around your units and our team puts it in production for your dealership.

The customers you already sold are the cheapest ones to sell again. Bulk Texting reaches the whole list before the season opens, with the DNC Blacklist and a live do not call lookup guarding every send, and Email Automation carries the service reminder crowd. The Referral Program pays real rewards to the buyer who brings a neighbour, and Design Studio prints the card they hand over. What consumers actually do after they submit a form is explained on the what to expect page, and the behaviour is the same on a watercraft as on a car.

What does a powersports dealership CRM leave to the DMS and the shop?

Here is where the line falls. Your dealer management system keeps parts, the service counter, repair orders, technician time, warranty claims, accounting, floorplan and title work, and it keeps doing them exactly as it does today. The platform is the sales layer beside it: leads, texts, calls, the pencil, the application, the signature and the inventory a buyer sees online. The meeting points are simple. SecureWebX exports the application to your DMS or lender in the format it expects, and Inventory Link reads your feed or your website rather than becoming the place your inventory lives.

That design is also why a powersports store on this platform keeps selling. Your website shows your units, your tracking numbers forward to the ring list you set, and every text, unit card, deal page and application your team has sent is saved and stays saved. The buyer who opened a deal page still has the PIN, the applications already delivered sit in the console, and the next feed run and the next inbound lead land in the same inbox your closers watch all day. Your shop's DMS stays your shop's DMS, your phones stay your phones, and your website stays yours.

At most powersports stores the platform replaces a texting app, a spreadsheet desk, a paper application scanned to a lender, a landing page vendor and the habit of texting buyers a link to a listing site with a competitor beside your unit. Everything it includes, module by module, is on the platform page.

How do I start, and what does it cost a powersports store?

Start with CRM Only from $199 a month, month to month with no long term contract. It is the entire platform without a lead plan: the CRM, EZ Desking, SecureWebX, Inventory Link, the phone app and the marketing tools. Skip A Month handles the dead weeks between the last snowmobile and the first watercraft, so the account rests when the floor does and comes back without a new setup.

The first week is short. Invite the team from User Management with the roles they need, import contacts, connect a feed or point the importer at your website, add the units that live nowhere else, and turn on the apply link so every salesperson can text it. Put the live chat widget on the site, set booking hours on the calendar so buyers can book a demo, and record the voicemail greetings in the browser. Then sell a side by side the way you always have, with the conversation, the pencil, the application and the signature in one record on the phone in your pocket. A specialist walks through it on a live account when you ask through the contact page, and a recorded demo is there if you want to see it first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a powersports dealer management system?

No. It is the sales side: CRM, texting, calling, desking, secure credit applications and online inventory. Parts, service, repair orders, accounting and title work stay in your DMS, and SecureWebX exports the application to your DMS or lender in the format it expects.

Does the desking worksheet cover a side by side or a watercraft, not just a car?

Yes. The EZ Desking field set is universal across auto, RV, powersports, marine, buy here pay here and fleet, so any of those units pencils as cash, finance or lease with the trade, term, rate and your state tax rules on one screen.

Do I need an inventory feed or DMS access?

No. Connect a feed if you have one. Otherwise Inventory Link imports units from your own dealership website, with twenty eight website platforms recognised, and Add a Vehicle in the portal covers the used unit that exists nowhere else.

Can two buyers apply together on one credit application?

Yes. SecureWebX supports a co-applicant from the first step, accepts an ITIN as well as a social security number, captures e-signature and consent against versioned terms, and shows the application in the dealer console within the minute.

Can a salesperson run the whole deal from the yard?

Yes. The LeadLocate mobile app carries texting, calling, the inventory list, desking, the deal jacket and the calendar, so a rep can text the unit, pencil it, send the apply link and book the delivery without walking back to a desk.

What does it cost a powersports store to start?

CRM Only starts at $199 a month, month to month with no long term contract, and includes the whole platform without a lead plan. Skip A Month covers the off season. The pricing page carries the current figures for every plan.
