Technical Program Manager

Engineering team, Los Angeles

You'll keep our most important technical projects on track. You'll bring engineering, product and business teams together, turn goals into clear plans, and make sure every release reaches customers on time and works the way it should.

What you'll do

  • Plan and lead cross functional projects from kickoff to launch.
  • Own timelines, deliverables and risks, and keep everyone informed along the way.
  • Turn business goals into detailed technical plans with engineering leads.
  • Run planning sessions, status updates and launch reviews.
  • Spot blockers early and work with the team to clear them.
  • Improve how we plan, build and ship, one process at a time.

What you bring

  • Five or more years managing technical programs or projects, ideally in SaaS or software.
  • A solid understanding of how software is built, tested and released, including Agile or Scrum.
  • Excellent organization and follow through.
  • The ability to explain technical topics to people without a technical background.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • PMP, CSM or a similar certification.
  • Experience with mobile apps or communication platforms such as text, voice and email.
