F&I Express Alternative for Car Dealerships

F&I Express connects the finance office to aftermarket product providers. LeadLocate puts more customers in that office, with exclusive local leads, a full CRM, SecureWebX credit applications and deal pages your buyers already agreed to.

F&I Express is an aftermarket network that lets finance offices rate, contract and register protection products with a large roster of providers. Keep F&I Express for aftermarket product work and run LeadLocate beside it. LeadLocate adds the deals those products attach to: exclusive local leads, texting and calling, SecureWebX credit applications, DealTracker desking and customer deal pages, all month to month.

What F&I Express does

F&I Express built its name on one problem every finance manager knows. A store sells service contracts, GAP, tire and wheel, appearance and other protection products from several providers, and each provider traditionally had its own website, its own rate sheet and its own contract form. F&I Express puts those providers behind one connection, so the finance office can pull rates, generate contracts and register sold products electronically without logging into a separate site for each one. Its network reaches well over a hundred aftermarket providers, and it connects into many of the dealer management systems and menu tools stores already run.

The aftermarket network has been moving under the Dealertrack name, and day to day rating and contracting continue for the dealers who use it. Confirm current branding, pricing and terms with the vendor directly, and ask which of your providers are connected today, because that list decides the value of any product in this category.

For a finance office that sells several products on every deal, removing retyping and error from rating and contracting is real money. That is why stores keep it, and nothing on this page asks you to change it.

Keep F&I Express for product work and run LeadLocate beside it

Aftermarket penetration is a percentage, and a percentage of a small number is still a small number. The fastest way to grow product revenue in most stores is not a better rate lookup. It is more deals reaching the finance office, reaching it sooner, and reaching it with a customer who already trusts the numbers.

That is the part LeadLocate owns. F&I Express keeps rating, contracting and registering protection products with your providers. LeadLocate brings in exclusive local leads, works them through a full CRM, collects a complete credit application through SecureWebX, and desks the deal in DealTracker so the customer has seen and signed the structure before they sit down with your finance manager.

The two never compete for the same job. Your product providers, your rate sheets and your finance manager's routine stay exactly as they are, and the volume and quality of deals flowing into that routine go up. If you are reviewing the whole finance office stack at once, our guide to F&I menu software explains how menus, product networks and credit networks fit together.

What LeadLocate adds upstream of the finance office

Supply starts in Leads Manager. Your store draws its zone in the zone editor, chooses a campaign type, sets prescreening questions and custom offers, and previews sample ads, and our team builds and runs the campaigns from those selections through the webXintel Ads Network. Every lead in your zone is delivered to you and only you, prescreened at capture with the questions you choose, and backed by a replacement review, so a bad lead costs you nothing. Leads arrive as a mix of shoppers asking about a specific VIN and shoppers describing what they want.

Then the CRM works every one of them. The first text can fire automatically, follow up processes carry the lead through a schedule of touches, and RCS messaging with automatic SMS fallback reaches every phone. Salespeople call from the VoIP softphone with calls recorded and transcribed, managers get Call Alerts on transcribed calls that mention the words they chose, and voicemail drop handles the customers who never pick up. The inventory insert button attaches a unit with photos and price to any text or email.

Every call, text, email and voicemail lands on one communications timeline on the lead, and the reports on the dock show activity, company and management numbers, so a manager can see which leads became deals and which stalled.

Complete credit files mean more time for the product conversation

Every minute a finance manager spends chasing a missing paystub or retyping an application is a minute not spent presenting protection products. SecureWebX is built to hand that time back. The customer completes a five step application covering personal details, residence, employment, income and review, with a co-applicant, an ITIN or Social Security number, down payment and trade-in, and an electronic signature recorded against the version of your terms they saw.

Salespeople send branded apply links by text, and the store customizes the application with extra sections, custom fields, document uploads and its own disclosures. Abandoned applications come back to the CRM for follow up. Completed files land in a shared inbox with status, assignee, amount and notes, stipulations are tracked with upload to fulfill, and adverse action notices, OFAC screening and state disclosures all run from the application record.

When a lender outside your usual network needs the file, the Send to Lender share delivers a code gated, expiring, revocable, watermarked copy, and the lender answers on its own secure response page. SecureWebX also exports applications as STAR XML, fixed width, CSV or JSON, and eFax covers the lenders who still want paper.

A deal the customer agreed to before the menu

Product presentations go best when the customer is not still arguing about the payment. DealTracker settles the payment first. EZ Desking builds cash, finance and lease structures in a multi pencil grid with goal seek bays, a fifty state tax matrix, semimonthly payment frequency, trade credit caps and three lease tax methods, and worksheets push to SecureWebX so the application carries the same numbers.

The customer reviews the deal on a page branded to your store, opened from their own phone with a PIN, with revision history, deal chat and e-signature. Digital retail on the deal page takes them through the build, a document review and a deal review before they arrive, and OEM incentives show at deal level in the Incentives Showroom.

After signing, paperwork stays together. The deal jacket accepts uploads from a phone camera through a QR code, so signed product contracts, the driver license read by the identity scanner and the insurance card all sit on the same deal. Print packets carry payment ranges and the finance breakdown, and #10 envelope templates with First Class postage send customer copies out the same day. The desking tool page covers the engine in more detail.

After the sale: the customers who come back

Protection products are also a retention story. A customer who bought a service contract comes back to your service drive, and a customer who declined one is still a customer your store can talk to about the next vehicle. LeadLocate keeps that relationship working long after the finance office is done.

The Customer Profile keeps one shared record per buyer, including the co-buyer, with personal data encrypted. Bulk texting, bulk email and email automation let the store run campaigns to past buyers from recipient lists, and scheduled sends let a manager write a message now and send it on the right day. Follow up processes handle lease maturity and equity conversations on a schedule, voicemail drop reaches customers who never answer, and the missed call text back keeps a service customer from calling the next store down the road.

The Referral Program turns happy buyers into new leads with referral campaigns, a shared referral code and real payouts. Every one of those new customers flows back through the same CRM, the same credit application and the same desk, and eventually into the same finance office where your product providers are waiting.

Adding LeadLocate beside F&I Express

Nothing in the finance office changes, so there is no conversion and no provider paperwork. A realistic first month looks like this.

  1. Draw your zone, choose campaign type and prescreening questions, and approve sample ads in Leads Manager. Our team launches the campaigns from those selections.
  2. Load follow up processes and automated templates so every new lead gets a first text within minutes.
  3. Give each salesperson a branded apply link and set your disclosures and document requirements.
  4. Set store deal defaults in EZ Desking so every pencil starts from the same tax and fee settings.
  5. After thirty days, compare deals reaching the finance office, completed applications and time to first response against the prior month.

We cannot guarantee lead counts, approvals, product penetration or results, and no vendor can. Plans run month to month from $199 on CRM Only and from $799 with exclusive local leads. See it on the live demo or call 844-376-2274.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does LeadLocate replace F&I Express?

How does LeadLocate help aftermarket product revenue?

Yes. Every lead in your zone is delivered to you and only you, prescreened at capture with the questions you choose, and backed by a replacement review.

No. A DMS connection and an inventory feed are not required. LeadLocate runs beside the dealer management system you run, and accounting and deal posting stay there.
