LeadLocate Add-Ons: More Leads, More Zones, More Users

When the floor is ready for more, the plan grows with it. Add a lead set where you already win, a new 20 mile sales zone where you want to win next, or a login for the closer you just hired.

LeadLocate add-ons are extras a store attaches to its active subscription from the shelf in My LeadLocate: extra inbound lead sets of 40 to 60 leads each, extra 20 mile sales zones, and extra CRM user logins. Each extra lead set or extra zone is $599. Add-ons grow the plan you already run, on the same login, the same CRM and the same bill.

What do LeadLocate add-ons do?

Every LeadLocate plan is built around a zone, a flow of exclusive leads into that zone, and a CRM with the users who work them. Add-ons let a store turn up any one of those three without changing plans, calling a new vendor or signing anything new. They are ordered from the shelf in My LeadLocate, attached to the active subscription, and they show up in the same CRM the team already uses.

Add-onWhat it addsWhen a store reaches for it
Extra inbound lead set40 to 60 more inbound leads in the zone you already coverThe team is closing what it gets and wants more at bats
Extra sales zoneA new 20 mile zone with its own lead flowA new town, a second rooftop or a market worth testing
Extra CRM user loginOne more person with their own CRM loginA new salesperson, BDC agent or manager

An extra lead set or an extra zone is $599 each. Everything else on the shelf is priced in the portal before you confirm, and the plans the add-ons attach to are on the pricing page.

How do you add more car sales leads without changing plans?

With an extra inbound lead set. A set is built for 40 to 60 more inbound shoppers in the zone the store already works, delivered through the same campaigns, into the same feed, on the same terms as the rest of the plan. Every lead in the set is delivered to you and only you, prescreened at capture with the questions your store chose, and backed by a replacement review, so a bad lead costs you nothing.

Inside the CRM nothing new has to be learned. The extra leads arrive through Lead Feeds Manager, round robin hands them to the next salesperson in the rotation, Automated Templates send the first text and email the moment each one lands, and the manager sees them on the Reports dashboard next to everything else. The only visible difference is more names on the Workspace. Shoppers decide how many forms they fill out in a given week, so a set is a size, never a promise of a count, and the guide to what to expect from car sales leads explains what arrives and why.

What is an extra sales zone?

An extra sales zone is a second 20 mile territory with its own lead flow, added to the account next to the zone the store already has. Dealers add one when a neighboring town keeps showing up in their deal jackets, when a second rooftop opens, when a used car lot wants reach beyond its own city limits, or when the owner wants to test a market before committing a store to it.

The zone is set the same way as the first one. The store makes its selections in Leads Manager: the area in the zone editor, the zip stats and market scan that show what is in it, the campaign type and the prescreening questions. Our team launches and manages every campaign from those selections in the managed webXintel Ads Network, which is included with every plan. Leads from the new zone arrive exclusive to your store, in the same CRM, with the source on every record, so the manager can see exactly what the new territory produces.

How do extra CRM user logins work?

An extra user login gives one more person a full seat in LeadLocate CRM: their own login, their own leads and threads, their own notifications, and the mobile app on their phone. The account admin sets what that person can see and do through user roles and permissions, so a new BDC agent works leads and texts without touching credit applications, and a new desk manager sees the deals the role allows.

The new person starts on the same data as everyone else, with the full customer history, the shared calendar and the templates the store already wrote. When a store grows by a salesperson, the CRM grows by a login, and nobody has to share a password to make it work.

How does a dealership use add-ons in a normal month?

The first week of the month, the general manager reads the Reports dashboard and sees the zone is producing and the floor is closing it. The salespeople are asking for more. The GM orders an extra inbound lead set from My LeadLocate before lunch, and the added volume starts feeding the same feeds without anyone touching a setting.

Mid month the store hires a closer from a competitor across town. The office manager adds a user login, the account admin sets the role, and the new hire joins the rotation with the mobile app on their phone. Near the end of the month the owner decides the town 25 miles north is worth a look, adds an extra sales zone, and makes the zone selections in Leads Manager for our team to launch. Three decisions, one portal, one bill, and the CRM never changed shape under the team.

Where do add-ons live, and how do you turn one on?

Add-ons live in My LeadLocate, the account portal every plan includes. Open Add-on Products, use the Add-on categories tabs to find lead sets, zones or users, press Add to My Account on the one you want, review the total on Confirm Your Order, and continue to the secure checkout. My Products & Services then lists the add-on beside the plan, and the next invoice carries it as its own line. The step by step guide to adding an add-on walks through every screen.

Usage credits for bulk texting, bulk email, ringless voicemail and validation sit on their own shelf on the billing page, because they are packs a store spends rather than capacity it adds. The Usage Credits page covers those.

What does it replace, and what does more volume cost elsewhere?

In most stores, more leads means another vendor: another contract, another login, another portal the managers forget to check, and sometimes leads shared with other dealers before they reach yours. More territory means a second agency. More users means a per seat quote and a week of waiting. Each one adds a system the store has to run.

LeadLocate add-ons add capacity to the system the store already runs. The leads are exclusive, the zone runs on the same campaigns our team already manages for you, the users land in the same CRM, and the charges land on the same invoice. The plan underneath stays month to month with no long term contract. For how exclusivity changes the math on a lead, see the counterpart guide on exclusive auto leads.

The compliance angle: more reach, same rules

More volume never means looser process. Every lead in an extra set or an extra zone comes from a shopper who filled out a form and asked to be contacted, answered the store's prescreening questions at capture, and arrives with the source on the record. Financing campaigns in a new zone run under the fair lending rules that forbid narrowing an audience by age, gender, income, marital status, household size, education, language or ZIP, the same as the store's first zone.

Inside the CRM, the DNC Blacklist covers every lead from every zone the moment it lands, and every call, text, email and voicemail is written to the customer's communications log. A new user login carries the permissions of its role, so each new person sees exactly what that role allows and nothing more.

What should you pair add-ons with?

More leads reward speed. Pair an extra lead set with round robin lead assignment so the added volume spreads across the floor, and with Automated Templates so every new lead hears from the store in the first minute. Pair an extra zone with a tracking phone number for that territory so the calls it produces are counted separately. Pair a new user with the video training library and a Live Training session, both included with every plan.

And when the month turns quiet, the same portal holds the other lever: month to month leads you can pause with Skip A Month. Every capability is listed on the all features page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy an add-on on its own?

Add-ons are built to grow an active subscription, so the plan comes first and the add-on attaches to it. Every plan is month to month, includes the CRM that receives the leads, and is listed on the pricing page.

How much is an extra lead set or an extra sales zone?

Each extra inbound lead set is $599, and each extra 20 mile sales zone is $599. Other add-ons, such as extra user logins, are priced on the shelf in My LeadLocate before you confirm.

How many leads come in an extra lead set?

A set is built for 40 to 60 inbound leads in the zone you already cover. Shoppers decide when they fill out a form, so the set is a size rather than a promised count, and every lead is exclusive and backed by a replacement review.

How big is an extra sales zone?

An extra zone covers 20 miles, set in the Leads Manager zone editor. The store makes its selections and our team launches and manages the campaigns for that zone in the managed webXintel Ads Network.

How do I add a login for a new salesperson?

Order an extra CRM user login from Add-on Products in My LeadLocate, then the account admin gives the person a role. They get their own login, their own leads and threads, and the mobile app.

Do add-ons lock me into a contract?

No. Add-ons ride on your plan, and every LeadLocate plan is month to month with no long term contract. The add-on appears as its own line on the invoice for as long as the store keeps it.
